According to the Pokedex, despite Espathra's beautiful appearance, it has a vicious temperament. In the Pokemon anime, we see one (1) wild Espathra... and what did it do? It antagonized three Farigiraf and held its own in a 1 V 3 matchup. While it can emit psychic powers (similar to how Anasui uses his Stand), it can also sprint at speeds greater than 120mph. Espathra will hunt you down and maul you, not unlike how Anasui will punch you in the face and make sure you never get the chance to mess with him again if you get in his way.
Additionally, the species-specific ability for Espathra is Opportunist, which raises the stats of Espathra when the opponent boosts its stats. It's a niche skill that matches Anasui's adaptive personality and reflects the different, unusual punishments he deals his enemies. And it's ideal for violence. Espathra is not a kind bird.
As of the 1st of June 2025, Anasui now has his hat, seen in his icon. This accessory is imbued with a special power: While defending friends or teammates, it makes them stronger.
As of the 20th of June 2025, Anasui now carries a pink piece of paper with him at all times.
As of the 25th of December 2025, Anasui will have on any of his accessories an embroidered patch of Jolyne's dagger-butterfly tattoo. It will be different each time.

Anasui rewards/Storage
Date: 2025-12-19 03:24 am (UTC)As a reward from August 2025, Anasui now has a writing desk for himself. He occasionally uses it but also dismantles it for fun.
As a reward from September 2025, Anasui has a rain hat.
As rewards from November 2025, Anasui has A keychain made of Corviknight bone scraps and a dawn stone
As a reward from December 2025, Anasui has a TV Time notebook, soap that smells like Pure Incense, a Lucky Egg!, a largely blank diary, and a clay trinket with his footprint on it
For presents for December 2025, Anasui eaten a whole bunch of food, sweets and managed to get the following items:
- A very ugly Mickey Mouse Toy
- A pair of homemade sugar mice plushies made to look like Mickey and Minnie Mouse as well as a journal filled with fairytales for Anasui to enjoy reading during breaks or before bed.
- A warm hat
- Black leather gloves with accents of violet
- A woolen scarf for his long-ass bird neck
- Fashionable collars
- a flat-bottomed stone bowl for crushing objects into pigments for makeup
- An embroidered patch of Jolyne's dagger-butterfly tattoo. It has a pinback, allowing it to be fastened to and removed from any of Anasui's accessories
- A dismantlable wooden box. The pieces can be taken apart and put together in other ways to build simple forms, along the lines of a multi-dimensional puzzle and a set of gold and teal colored fancy leg warmers for fashion and function.
